Agreement
By using the ImMOSSible website or requesting services from ImMOSSible LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Services
ImMOSSible LLC provides roof moss removal, gutter cleaning, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services for residential properties in Oregon. All services are performed by trained personnel using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered on-site. We will always communicate any material changes before performing additional work.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We require reasonable notice for cancellations. Weather-related rescheduling is sometimes necessary for safety reasons; we will work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
Liability
ImMOSSible LLC carries general liability insurance. While we take every precaution, customers acknowledge that exterior cleaning involves inherent risks (e.g., older roofing materials may have pre-existing damage). We are not liable for damage to materials already failing prior to service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept standard payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Oregon courts.
